Final Push: Discovery Tour Data Edition
Based in Kenya, Nigeria or South Africa? We need your perspective by end of Thu 21/4
For the last few weeks, we have been on the Discovery Tour:Data Edition. In partnership with Baraza Media Lab, Africa Podfest is on a mission to locate African podcast listeners and podcasters in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa in 2022. We need you to help us finish this important work.
Read on to see why we need your response today and find out just how close we are to the finish line.
We even made a short film to tell you more about it:
The What: If you make podcasts or listen to podcasts in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa, we need your voice in this final push for survey responses. The Discovery Tour: Data Edition is conducting a mixed methods(qualitative and quantitative) study which includes this country survey we invite you to fill today. We are closing this opportunity at end of day on Thursday 21 April 2022, and we want to make sure your voice is heard.
The How: So far, we have been tracking where our responses are coming from. We would like to especially invite those based in Nigeria and South Africa to help us better complete our understanding of the country perspective on podcasting and podcast listening. Currently, Kenya is leading in responses, but we know people in all three countries have a lot to say about pods and podcasting and we want to make sure you are included.
We need you to help us finish this important work.
Africa Podfest and our research partner Baraza Media Lab appreciate all your support - and thank all our friends across Africa who have already sent in their responses. If you are not in these three countries, but still want to help, please share this note with someone based in Kenya, Nigeria or South Africa by Thursday 21/4 end of day.
Together!
