Africa Podfest at Podcast Movement 2022
The Discovery Tour: Data Edition goes global in person at Podcast Movement in Dallas
A quick dispatch from Cofounder, Josephine Karianjahi
Hi Everyone,
As we gear back into our regular programming, I am thrilled to send a quick note from Podcast Movement 2022. Ever since we applied for an opportunity to speak at what is arguably the world’s biggest podcast conference, the journey has been in motion despite the challenges of conference travel many of you can relate to in detail.
Many thanks to the Podcast Movement team who selected our presentation - taken from the Discovery Tour Data Edition, which is our 2022 research report in partnership with Baraza Media Lab. We also want to shout out SemaBOX Africa who partnered with Africa Podfest on the road to Podcast Movement 2022.
For those reading this who are at Podcast Movement, or PM22 in short, come to the Understanding the African Podcasting Opportunity: Audience Research from Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa presentation on Thursday 25 August 2022 at 1:15pm on the Startup Stage inside the Lower Level Expo. It will be an in person presentation. In case you miss it, you can also check out the full report at www.podcasting.africa
